Payment Policy

You can choose to pay with credit/debit card (VISA, Master Card). We use Stripe payment system, as well as EveryPay payment system. They guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) to ensure maximum protection.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you can make direct money transfer to our bank account according data below or you can use EveryPay Payment system, it supports Open Banking API-based payments across the Baltic region at SEB, LHV, Swedbank,Citadele and Luminor.

Items that you order are not reserved until payment is received into our bank account. Stock levels may change during this time and a longer lead time may be estimated. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your payment.

Delivery Policy

Whilst the Site generally states whether or not Products are available and the relevant delivery times, such information is purely indicative.

The Seller undertakes to do everything within his power to meet the delivery times indicated on the Site. The average lead times required to receive ordered products is from 7 to 60 (sixty) working days depending on each product (delivery information is provided in the product desciption) from the day following that on which the Customer submitted the order. If the order cannot be processed by the Seller, as the Product ordered by the Customer is not available, even temporarily, for delivery, the Seller shall notify the Customer in writing and refund the amount already paid by the Customer for the Product.

The Products ordered by the Customer shall be delivered via express courier to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The presence of the Customer, or an individual appointed by the same, is required at the destination address indicated on the order to complete the delivery.

ARCHIDECO SIA is responsible for the risk of loss and/or damage to the products purchased via the Site until the moment in which the product is delivered to the end Customer. The Seller shall not be liable for loss or damage which occur after this moment in time.

The Customer undertakes to promptly check upon delivery of the Products by the courier, that the delivery is correct and includes all and only the purchased Products, and to promptly notify the Seller of any faulty products received or any discrepancy between the order and the goods actually received. If any discrepancies are detected, they must be reported immediately in writing on the courier’s delivery note. Once the courier’s waybill has been signed, the Customer can not submit any further claims regarding the external features of the goods delivered.
